ORDERING INFORMATION

HOW TO ORDER

1. Email us at babynest28@gmail.com with the following information:

Name
Item Name / Code
Size (if applicable)
Quantity
Postage Type (Normal / Registered / Self-Collection)
Mailing Address
Payment via PayPal (Yes / No) For purchases above $30

2. You will receive an email on the stock availability and payment details from us.

3.  Upon receiving the email confirmation of your order, please make payment to the bank account provided in the email within 2 business days to complete the ordering process.

4. Once payment is made, please send us a notification email with the following information:

Unique ORDER ID (this will be provided in the email confirmation)
Your Name
Total Amount Paid
Your Internet Banking Nick
Transaction Reference Number

5. Upon receiving your payment in good order, you will receive a final email confirmation on your shipping schedule.

MODE OF PAYMENT 

1. Direct Internet Banking transfer to our POSB account, Singapore.

2. Pay via PayPal, only applicable for purchases above $30. We will send you an invoice with PayPal payment link.

POSTAGE RATES

1. Singapore Local Mail
Your order will be sent to you via local post at the following rates:
1 – 2 items : $1.50
3 items and above: $2.50
Please note that we are NOT liable for any loss of parcel for delivery by local mail.

2. Singapore Registered Mail
Your order will be sent to you via registered post at an additional $2.24 on top of your local postage (Highly recommended).

3. Home Delivery Service
FREE Home Delivery Service for purchases above S$50.

4. Self-collection available every Friday evening 7pm at Tampines MRT.
